VANCOUVER - Main Street
Speaking of the relationship between music and style, yesterday I hung out with Lauren Toyota of Much Music's Going Coastal. We chatted a bit about the blog, and a bit about the city, but spent the majority of our time hunting down these stylish individuals. I think the episode will air on Sunday, June 1st, if you want to tune in!

i need that chanel purse in my life, hehe :)

Love the first outfit to bits
Second one does not work at all and is evidence (attn: hipsters) that skinny jeans and tight cardigans don't work for everyone, nor do they make you immediately fashionable.
Dude is shaped like a pear and having a horizontal line (sweater hem) at his widest part, combined with tapered jeans and TWO shirts that don't fit him (too much stretching going on at the buttons) only makes this more obvious.
Nice colours though.
2nd one is bloody hanus, and maki looks rad
I don't think that tight cardigans and skinny leg jeans make you 'immediately fashionable' that is a very over-inflated statement.
His photo doesn't look hipster at all, it's more classy urban apparel.
Agreed that a horizontal hem doesn't do anything to remove the notion of a pear shape; however, it is evident that he is embracing his shape by choosing to use a long cardigan to lengthen his torso.
Those shirts don't look like they don't fit.. It definitely the way he is standing, and the angle.
Great, congrats on the airtime. Now that you've gotten some exposure maybe you can start taking some decent photos.
That woman wearing that mess of a bile colored dress and orange cardie is a visual horror show.
What were you thinking?
that's Burcu. she can wear whatever the hell she wants, she will always be amazing.
burcus!!!
you should really post more than twice a month.
