MONTREAL - Rue Ontario
Today I met up with Izzy and David-Alexandre of Montreal's street style blog, MTL Street. They showed me to the "friperies" (thrift stores) in the Hochelaga/Pie-IX area, and advised me of other great "quartiers" (neighbourhoods) to visit.... meaning, more great pictures to come over the next 3 weeks.

David-Alexandre, you are too cute. You can show me around town any day. ;)
where exactly are these friperies? thanks a million!
I agree! where are these friperies? I've lived in the 'burbs of Montreal my entire life and so far the best thrift store I've found is the Salvation Army on Cote-des-Neiges (boo)
merci!
her jeans!! what brand?
love him, love the socks
Village des valeurs (Value Village) and Renaissance are across from one another on Pie IX, just down from the metro station of the same name. Then there is a Armee de salut (Salvation Army) down on Ontario, I think, but be careful its closed on Sundays -- as we discovered the hard way!
David-Alexandre, that's quite the perfect summer outfit, so light on the eyes and easy to look at.
