It's strange because if you're ever waiting for the main street #3 bus on a clear day, you often see a black helicopter just hovering in the air kind of above Science World. I've seen it many times and I thought it was police surveillance, but Vancouver doesn't have helicopter surveillance, so I don't know what it is. http://www.vancourier.com/issues02/022202/news/022202nn10.html
I was in LA last week and there were police helicopters all over the place. Strange.
